	I have been a customer of Niehl insurance for 6 years and I cannot say enough about how happy I am with them. They manage my Business insurance about 6 different types, my business bonding, and my personal home owners, auto. Matt takes care of my account, and he is the man. The only thing I even need to think about when it comes to my insurance is making the payment, everything else is flawlessly handled. If I have a question for Matt he will research and give and answer the same day if not the same hour. If I need an additional insured sent out, it is a 2 min call. I have had contracts with large national companies with complex wording to say the least, Matt came up with what they needed, and the company adopted his form as their standard.
	The real reason I will stay a loyal customer is simply they offer the level of service and expertise to me that I hope to offer to my customers. They really do raise the bar in their field, and they treat me like they value my business. In 6 years I have never had a complaint; I have in fact been consistently impressed with them.
