Disappointed with attention to customer service.  I just called to inquired about renting a U-haul trailer, and was repeatedly told by the person on the phone that it was a friday before a long weekend and he was busy with customers.  Before I could get the last of my questions answered, he told me he had five customers in front of me and hung up on me.  

Here's a customer service tip... if you don't have time to attend to a customer on the phone, don't pick the phone up.  Simply don't waste our time with half a$$ed customer service.  Your customers in front of you are not of more importance than the customer on the phone with you.  

Again, if you don't have time to deal with a customer on the phone, don't pick up the phone.  

I've used your shop to buy Stihl equipment, get chains sharpened, perform maintenance on power equipment, and to rent Uhaul gear.  

You've lost a customer.  I won't be back.
