I’ve lived in Bernalillo my entire life, and only shopped at this store a few times, purposely. Sadly, I get much better customer service at Walmart about a mile up the road. 

The prices are not great, the selection is slim, and the cashiers don't even acknowledge your existence.

I went in today to give them another chance, since I only needed to pick up a few things. Nothing has changed. The cashier didn't even look in my direction, didn't tell me my total when it was time to pay, and blindly handed me my receipt. She didn't say one word to me, yet she had no problem carrying on conversations with the person ahead of me and behind me.

Terrible service, you're better driving a mile further and shopping at Walmart or Albertsons across the bridge.

Small but servicable; however, the staff were so friendly and it was clear that the patrons are well-loved and regulars made me, a visitor to the area, feel very fondly about this place!
