I go here infrequently and I am surprised,because more often than not I enjoy the flavors that Del Taco has in their food.The flavors of Del Taco are different from the other chain mexican restaurant here in Ridgecrest,and I think that is a good thing...especially if you have not eaten here in a while.I really like shrimp so I always come here when they offer the seasonal shrimp delicacies.So now they are offering Jumbo Shrimp Quesadilla Tacos.I went there today and was even more surprised when I saw they are also offering Jumbo Shrimp Tortas ,as Tortas are one thing I always get.I ordered two Jumbo Shrimp Quesadilla Tacos ,and one Jumbo Shrimp Torta.I got the medium and Del Scorcho sauce and went on my way.I opened up both and took photos of them.I added some Best Foods mayonaise to the torta because the picture showed some sauce in it,and the bread was dry so I figured it needed some more flavor.I put a mix of mild and Del Scorcho sauce in both. I have to say that I think these employees know how to prepare the food correctly,because the shrimp were plump and good with a crunchiness as well on the outside on both the tacos and torta.I enjoyed both the shrimp tacos and shrimp torta,and I would order them again.If you enjoy shrimp then come to Ridgecrest Del Taco and get your shrimp on.Good Job Ridgecrest Del Taco!!! You Killin It !!!
Home of the best fast food taco! Love Del Taco! This location in Ridgecrest has some of the friendliest staff I have ever anywhere. We even became one of the employees favorite customers. Hi Del Taco employees! It's the guys that sit outside at the tables in the evening! See ya all soon!
Consistently good food; service is generally good as well. Ironically, the best burger the Double Del and fries crinkle cut and crispy in town are not at Burger King, McDonald's, or Carl's Jr, but at Del Taco. Food: 4/5
They should rename this del Taco to del Taco lite... For some reason all of their portions are half as big as every other del Taco i have been to.. my 2$ del taco was the same size as an 89c snack taco, and my bold Green burrito was three bites.. buy strawberry Sprite had no strawberries in it except just strawberry syrup. Other than that the staff is friendly
Food looked like it was just thrown together. Poor guy was working drive thru and counter!!! Hire people!! I used to love Del Taco,but lately food in going down hillFood: 3/5
Food is always good and fresh. Service is fast and friendly. Occasionally, the drive thru will move slower than normal, but it's not enough to make me stop coming back. My favorite items are the green burritos, del tacos, fish tacos, and the fries are amazing.
Nice place...But not a value food The taco is small acordint to its price. i.e it is pricey according to its size. Nice dining in place. I rated 4 stars to the nice, friendly casher" young small white teen girl" she was welcoming and shetook care of me. Restroms are outside... you have to walk our to get there.
First time user, left with poor experience. Not a good way to increase customer base. I used the app for my order and pick up thru drive thru. IF I ever return Don't use drive thru for pickup. Ordering was easy and simple and I did get what I ordered. Pickup took 19 minutes even though their was only one 1 car ahead of me. It appears they don't make your order until you reach the window which no one came to for 6 minutes. Not a good first impression.
Ordered through door dash and just placed order and in less than a minute we called to ask for hot sauce and was told order was already picked up and attitude was we were bothering them. Order arrived and extras added to items were not on them. Called and same attitude and wanting me to drive to other end of town for items with diesel prices out roof. The quality of the food I’ve known to be good was poor.
Food is good. Never had bad service. Way better than the other place.Food: 4/5
