WTH is going on with Del Taco? No sauce packets, no liners on the tray if you stay and eat. My fries came out laying on the tray.. who knows when the last time the trays were washed. **Not Sanitary**Food: 2/5

Decided to try the Birria Ramen and some Birria tacos. I LOVE a good Birria. Del has done a real good job on their consumé. I have been to taco places that "specialize" in birria that have had flavorless red water for their cosumè but Del has a good tasting version. I felt like the birria ramen was ok for ramen at a Mexican fast food place. It was a pretty small portion but $5 for it wasn't horrible in price. The birria street tacos had a lot of shredded beef inside, but it wasn't cooked in the broth, so the only thing birria was the sauce to dip in. I wouldn't pay $15 for them again. If you like birria ramen I'd try theirs.
They were very quick and my soft del tacos were AMAZING!!! They didn't skimp on the cheese! Very pleased. Looked like the employees were having a good time as well. Love to see people enjoying themselves at work!Food: 5/5
The manager at this store by the name of Ulysses was so rude. I can't believe he's a manager. This person is the face of the restaurant and should have better customer service. I went through the drive through and was ordering food and couldn't hear if he responded to me giving him my order. And responded so rude with "I'm here waiting on you" with an attitude no patience for customer. I went in to ask for a manager and he said he was the manager and he was the one taking my order and what! I was shocked with his response. I asked for another manager and he said "you'll find out her name in the morning when you come in to talk to her. This person should not be a manager if he is one. He definitely needs Customer service training. I've been coming here for years and the staff is always so friendly.
The food was good. Tried their new offer the birria burrito was surprised how good it was. I had been coming to this location for a while now out of convenience on the route home. Service has been either good or bad on occasion it's good the employee is in a good mood and polite and professional. Other times it's been bad where the attendant is casual and more involved in their chatter than attending the customer and treated me formally instead by using the word "dude" for example. What made this trip rather unfortunate and lowered my opinion of this location was I ordered a combo got my food and then I was missing my drink. When I noticed I turned around and went back..that's where the issue came up that I went to ask for my drink I paid for and they denied that I ordered one and were very unprofessional about the whole interaction. It was not till I stated and showed the receipt they took me seriously but still seemed like they were laughing at my mistake when clearly it's on them for missing to give my drink in the first place because they were more involved in their conversation. With that said. I will stop dropping by this location because of this.
It’s a good restaurant this one in particular, though seems like they rush to making the food. I ordered the new epic, guacamole burrito and only the last bit had guacamole on it. If they would take their time a little more and make the food properly I would give it more stars but overall it was OK. They do have handicap parking and handicap capability in the bathroom.
It would be nice if they posted with their hours that they don't sale ice cream in the middle of the night. The service sucks at this location. The girl basically threw my order at me and left me covered in coke!Food: 3/5
The food here is always very fresh and the service is outstanding. The staff is always very courteous and they literally never get your order wrong. The guacamole is fresh and not too salty fast food places never seem to get guacamole correct!.The new chicken fingers and fries box is a perfect meal too. The chicken is never greasy and the sauces are yummy.
