I went in tonight because Rob the manager gave me an "I.O.U." a month or so ago. I was going through the drive threw and it took a little while to get my food and Rob wrote on the back of my receipt that basically next meal is on us! Well I thank you Rob and really appreciate it. I was able to see Rob and his team pretty busy at work while I was waiting for my order and noticed what a "fine tuned machine" he and his crew were. FANTASTIC! I hope McDonald's knows what they have in Rob and take extra care of him because he is a rare leader!
They need more staff, gloves on hands, & customer service training as it takes awhile & a few glances away for someone to come to the counter. Seems they're so used to automated orders that they sometimes forget there's customers that don't always use it. Other than that the staff they have are nice, efficient, & expedient as possible.
Ordered a Big Mac, Fries and 2 breakfast burritos with medium salsa. Simple. Got home and we were missing one of the burritos and received no salsa. Verified we were charged for the correct order. C'mon. That's a small and very basic order. Drive up @ about 930 pm.
My orders can be tricky and specialized and this location gets them right almost every time. In the rare occasion an error is made they are friendly and professional in fixing it. When I tell my kids we are getting McDonald’s, they always check to make sure it is the “good one.”Food: 5/5
I'm not sure what's up with this location, but no matter what I order or how short the line is, I'm always pulled around the corner to wait for my food and sit here for a minimum of 10 minutes. I've twice been pulled around the corner when there wasn't even room because all of the spots were taken. I had to instead park in front of the building and wave down an employee when my food was brought out because they couldn't find me. They really need to figure out how to be a FAST food place because this is honestly ridiculous. I'm not sure why they think the solution is not sending every vehicle around the corner to pile up and wait absurd lengths of time, but it's clearly not working.
Robbie was great but I waited over 10 minutes for a cheeseburger and a large fry it SHOULD NOT TAKE THAT LONG and it would not let me use my points on the kioskFood: 4/5
McDonalds made an error on my son's hamburger and put cheese on it. I did not realize this until I got home. When I called- I spoke to the night manager who was very accommodating and apologetic. I went back to McDonalds to get my new order, the manager and another staff member were so nice and repeatedly apologized that I had to come back. The manager said he would comp me anything I wanted. I really appreciate how kind the manager and staff was.
I ordered from grubhub and this is what i got in my big mac. The last 2 times i ordered a big mac they came without 2 hamburger patties. I usually dont like to pull at the thread of what mcdonalds is or what its made of but this is just awful for 30 dollars. I threw everything away and i am not sure i will ever eat here again. 12 years at this location and 37 years total eating at McDonald's.
As a customer that goes through the lobby, it’s always a hassle getting an order taken. Takes a long time and it feels like the employees are not allowed to talk to customers. As a dasher or delivery driver it’s even worse. The manager I think his name is Julio actively ignores delivery drivers, if you ask another employee about the order you are there to pick up he will have them do something else instead of helping. When I used to use the mobile app it was the same thing. It really only happens at the night.
So it’s breakfast time, and my car had been stolen three times last year, so my only mode of transportation is my mountain bike, which is more than enough lit up for them to know it’s my transportation. WENDY’S takes my order every time Wienerschnitzel takes my order, but yet I’ve never gotten this McDonald’s to take my order outside and they take forever inside regardless, so basically I’m done with it and this McDonald’s Can kick rocks! So instead of me getting to eat breakfast after a nice night, bike ride, I’ve gotta wait till I get closer to home or eat food from the gas station. Thanks, McDonald’s. You guys are one outstanding business. No integrity or business ethics whatsoever!!! Somebody can rob you just the same in a car as on a bicycle, only differences on a bicycle you can’t speed off or hide yourself. Cuz I’m sure any response to this would be because of their safety, which is complete Idiocracy as how is it safe when kids are shooting at their parents in drive-through in their vehicles you never hear of anybody on a bike doing terrible things. We are No different than those with vehicles, some life choice some just less fortunate so let’s keep degrading those people that ride bikes and limiting them to things like this. Certainly judgmental in a bad way as well as stereotyping and even the worst way.
