I stayed here in December 2017. Was not too happy with the experience for my money. 

First, I had purchased the Metro north package to visit NYC. I called and confirmed that the hotel would have my train tickets ready...they said that they would be ready at the desk. They weren't ready. Having never been to NYC, wasn't sure how the ticket system worked... Thank goodness we were able to buy them at the kiosk at the station.

Second, I was woken up at 2am. The people in the room next to me were screaming and I heard every word they said. It scared me and my heart was racing...I had trouble falling back asleep.  I know it's not really the hotel's fault that the guests were yelling but I wish they were a little aware of what was going on.  I guess that you should just be aware that the walls are thin.

Then, I was planning to eat breakfast at their continental spread.  The problem was that there wasn't a single gluten free item in the buffet.  I have celiac disease and my body can't process wheat.  I politely asked if they had any gluten free options like fruit or cereal. They told me that I could purchase yogurt. So, I left to go purchase breakfast elsewhere. I don't think it would have hurt to give me a small cup of yogurt...I wasn't looking for something like an omelette or Belgian waffles...nothing crazy.

I left a comment card in the room after my stay and didn't hear back at all from anyone.  Not even a "thank you for the feedback."

I just feel like for the price, I received poor customer service. I doubt I will be going back anytime soon.

I don't like the hotel but there is a Quiet park across from the Delamar with a great view of Greenwich Harbor.  Few picnic tables and a clean restroom.  Sparsely used except on event days during the summer. The Delamar restaurant is overpriced & and food underwhelming. Tried it twice and found it noisy inside. Outside seating is better on cooler days. We have always found the help to be a bit condescending.

Went to L'Escale for Christmas Eve dinner. Fun atmosphere and the restaurant was very busy. The decor was as expected (muted traditional tones) and although service was a little slow, the staff were very friendly. Food was good but nothing really wowed our party. Good experience overall.

I had the most amazing time here. Such and clean and friendly environment. Their service was amazing and anything I needed they brought to my room right away. Although the weather was bad, my weekend here turned it to be so memorable. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who would be staying in this area.

The hotel was lovely. The rooms were clean, and pretty, the food was okay. There was a lovely view of the water, I think, but I was unfortunately too busy to enjoy it.
