Mrs. Murphy told me to call on her extension during my lunch break for a phone interview. I repeatedily called for 30 minutes and no one answered. One of the times I called someone answered and hung up on me. I informed her that I am a substitute teacher so my lunch times change. She said she would be available.

Absolutely the worst!!! Reported them to Harrisburg. They don't even deserve 1 star.

The caseworker's determine if your eligible, not the actual requirements and guidelines. If the caseworker does not like you, she will deny you, despite any other information. In one instance, a caseworker even lied and said that the individual told them otherwise then listed in their application and that is why she denied him when she was addressed about it. Of course, she would say she denied him based on a verbal conversation, as she had no proof and his application should have been approved.

Full out from,for mawd and I full out every thing I needed . then left was told the Dr need to say ............ something different. then I had that done. Going good came back with what I did need. Then this is were it was wrong about it was told it took so long I needed it to do it over cause they only give so much time. was never said or I didn't hear it?? So called head office they sent a from out I did the same thing but this x I was call or a letter send to me. So I stop in again. They said I need a letter now from S.S. watch it gave. To then my very 1st time. Then went back the lady, would not let me talk to my case worker I would I too get another one .but never gave me a another case worker. Because of this I have to wait for next year to get help with insurance I was not asking for food or money just help with insurance. So they say there to help but WHAT THEY NEED IS SOMEONE THAT'S GOOD AT GIVEN HELP TO PEOPLE HELP. I AM SORRY BUT MAYBE THEY NEED TO BE ON OTHER SIDE OF THE WINDOW! GO THE EXACT MILE AND HELP WITH THE THINGS THEY ASK FOR. I WORK FOR FREE GIVE MY TIME AT A FOOD BANK I GET NONE OF THE FOOD. BUT IT FEELS GOOD WHEN THE PEOPLE TELL ME SO SO MUCH FOR THE FOOD AND THINGS THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME. WE ARE THERE TO HELP PEOPLE WITHOUT US. WHO WILL. I WAS ONCE IN THE SAME BOAT AS THEM. I WAS LUCKY TO FINE MY WAY OFF THAT BOAT. SO I AM GIVING BACK. PAYING IT FORWARD, WHY CAN'T WELFARE PEOPLE BE ABLE TO MAKE A DIFFERENT 'S YOU HAVE A PAID A CHECK COMING IN IF IT WASN'T FOR THE NOT SO LUCKY YOU WOULD NOT HAVE YOUR JOB. So this is why I give Chester office a 1 star.

I can never get anyone on the phone and when I did the man was very rude and talking over me. He said he was having trouble hearing me and when I was trying to talk louder for him he said I was yelling at him and if I dint stop he will hag up on me. I told home I only wanted the fax number and he hung up. I then called back and spoke to a woman and told her what happened and wanted to walk to a manager and she said they can not get someone for me and she hung up. I'm very upset and unhappy with this office and its so hard to get someone on the phone. Well I still need assistants.
