Would give 0 stars if I could. Called here to schedule a level of care assessment for a disabled client who is applying for at home care and was put on hold for 20 minutes only to be disconnected. Call back a second time only to be put on hold for 40 minutes, and then having the pleasure to speak with a young lady who likes to chew while she speaks. She also called me a liar when I told her I was on hold for 40 minutes and would hate to be placed back on hold or to leave a note for a mystery person to call me back, all while making a joke of it with a Ms. Kim who also called me a liar while saying "I thought I told you they were on lunch." Thank God for cameras on phones though, am I right? All in all, very hard to get anyone on the phone, God forbid you get anyone on the phone that can actually help you with anything they should be able to help you with. Employees lack discipline and professionalism that seems to stem from comfort. You only answer the company phone chewing if your comfortable enough to do so, or you don't have a care in the world. And one more thing, apparently anyone who can get stuff done around there is on lunch until 2. When I asked what time they go to lunch I didn't get a reply, so I suggest never calling before 2, but definitely call immediately after cause there are only two employees who can help you with anything other than leaving a message, add on the 40 minute waiting time and well, they close at 4:30pm so you don't have much of a window for productivity. GG. EDIT: Jut an FYI, my picture doesnt seem to be posting, it was basically a photo of my phone with the duration of the call.
