Have had no problems people seem nice and answer all Questions.People have to understand theres alot of paperwork involved in getting in one of these homes.People have to understand theres alot of people that need housing.

The staff with the exception of Miss Doris Riley are rude, and speak to you in a very demeaning and unprofessional manner.I think that prior to them getting in their current positions there should be sensitivity and empathy training.  Also I think that the supervisors should listen in on some of the calls and address the lack of professionalism that their staff project when you ask questions. They make you feel as if your undesired and unwanted in their community.

Most of the staff here are very rude. Why have a job helping others who are in need if you're going to belittle them. Granted there are people who abuse the system. But I am not one of them. I had to let the one woman know. I'm between jobs. I make more money than her so when I go back to work I can't wait to show her my pay stubs just so she knows how it feels. Never kick others while they are down. God doesn't like ugly. They make you come there for everything. How am I supposed to work if I have to take off to keep bringing them paperwork. They should let you use a proxy. It's set up to keep people in poverty but I'm aware and educated. Two months tops and I'll be back to my $1,500 a week pay checks. Staff needs to be trained in how to talk to people. Don't bring your problems from home to work. Having an attitude and talking down on those who have less than you is not part of the job description

Rude staff. Talks to you like your dumb. They're not helpful or understanding.

Applied in June 2016 got Accepted for an apartment in July 2016 it was pretty fast nothing but good things to say so far
