From the first time I set foot in this office I felt welcome with open arms. Being the minority patient (37 YO) when the majority were children I didn't feel out of place.  Cora along with the rest of the front office staff were eager to help with any issue I had and the consultants were available to check on insurance questions at any time. When it comes to the 2 Doctors and technicians, the level of professionalism and a fun experience over the last 3 months ensures any patient will return on schedule. The largest issue with any medical area is patient compliance. This office ensures that by making the experience great, it ensures the patients return. There has even been times where the technician (James) worked through his lunch to ensure I was taken care of and that goes a long way to make a customer enjoy their experience. I would recommend this office to anyone I know.

We went to 2 other consultations before deciding to come to Delaware Orthodontics and we are very pleased with our decision. Dr. Flagg explained our daughter’s condition and treatment plan in great detail. We immediately felt comfortable with her warm personality. The assistant who put on her braces and changed out her wires is so personable and detailed. The entire staff is cheery and keeps up with the fast paced patient environment. The race car theme is surely fitting too!

From my first consultations to the day I got my braces off,  I have had nothing but great experiences every  appointment Very Professional,  warm and friendly Environment. The staff members are amazing, very helpful, I felt like they really cared about my Treatment. Dr. Flagg was amazing as well, very detailed in her work, it also shows how much she loves what she does.  I love my teeth!!! it was truly a experience i will never forget and I refer them to everybody.

Fantastic place to bring your children. They earn points to gift cards for doing the best possible care of their teeth. When calling, I ask for Cora because she is such a sweetheart and helps us so efficiently. When we come in, Cora knows us by name. Ask her about her "sweet ride", our kids love spotting it outside   Everyone is terrific here at the office (& I am VERY particular and picky about places). Many mom's are happy with the work, friendliness, and helpfulness of all who help us.

Because my son had such fantastic care and raves about the staff and serviced given him at Delaware Orthodontics, I too sought  care here. I can tell you honestly as a patient and as the mother to a previous  patient I am more than happy with the service. They are professional and caring. The staff go above and beyond to make your experience pleasant. Thank you to all the staff.
