Exceptional Customer service. Couldn't ask for a better experience I actually received a text minutes after placing my order which was at 9 o'clock at night from the owner asking if I had any questions. When I got to the shop everyone was very welcoming and I got a complete walk through of my new kayak. They even loaded it in the truck for me. Great group of guys here with a great selection. Will definitely recommend to anyone in the area... and if your not in the area the service is worth the drive!!!

Let's see - where to start... before the order: Very helpful and courteous when answering questions...after the order: very good communication and very prompt on getting the kayak packed and shipped (had it out the next day)... delivery: at my driveway in two days in perfect condition (very well wrapped and protected)  What else could you ask for? Fantastic service - would not hesitate to buy from them again...

I recently purchased a Hobie Compass and had them add all the upgrades to the yak.  They also installed my torqueedo  motor.  They did an EXCELLENT job! They went the extra mile and everything came out great.  I want to thank Matt, Dean and Kevin and all the other guys for all their time and effort , especially with the Torqueedo.  Great job and thank you. Wish your store wasn't 3 1/2 hours away, but it was so worth the drive!

The best place around the Maryland area to get information on kayaks and to buy a kayak or any gear related. They are not even in Md. but do not waste your time going anywhere else. Everyone who works there is more than willing to answer any questions you may have. They are all deeply knowledgeable about fishing and kayaks and the area.

Personnel is great, super accommodating and knowledgeable.  No extra fee to deliver and pick up the kayaks. Good and competitive prices too.
