This is an honest review, note that I am not holding any type of grudge towards the service like many of the one star reviews. 

The truth about this service is that 1) it's very convenient and 2) it's somewhat affordable 

The food is not always amazing. Some meals are really good, and some end up being dry. 

This is a completely reasonable service. 

I will say, that they are not quick to cancel you when you request it. This was my biggest complaint. They made it difficult to get the meals that I had paid for. 

The food is of average quality, while the convenience is really amazing.

I waited until I had been a customer for over a month to write this review because, at first, I thought this is too good to be true. Every meal has been absolutely outstanding, and doing this has been a life changing event for me. I live super far from work (1.5 hour commute each way), and I have an executive level position which requires long hours. So, despite great intentions on Sunday grocery trips for cooking healthy meals for lunch and dinner, but the time I get home at night - it was off to the closest restaurant. I was throwing away food each week, spending a ton of money on eating out, not eating healthy, and wasting time in restaurants. Now, I have lunch ready to go and dinner takes two minutes in the microwave....all without sacrificing quality. Have there been growing pains as I navigate their system - yes. I've only had one meal in 6 weeks that I believe was less than fresh.....otherwise, I could not be more pleased with my decision to do this....my husband is insanely jealous of my food and ability to always have healthy food waiting for me...I will likely be a customer for life. As an aside, while I did this to lose weight and for convenience, I have found a whole new market for this. My mother is a widow (for 13 years) - still young at heart and thankfully in great health; but cooking for one is not her favorite thing to do nor is it easy to do. If you have a parent, relative, neighbor that lives alone - do it and do it now....fantastic meals, delivered straight to your door, at a reasonable price - what more can you ask for!!

The food gets old very quickly as there are only a couple of decent meals. They customer service is also terrible. I ordered (via phone) for a two week period and then called on a Friday to cancel after being charged for another two weeks (without me knowing). Customer service said they would take care of it and would call me back later that day. I did not receive a phone call until Sunday afternoon at 2. I was left a voicemail. I called andy, the manager back 2 times but he did not pick up. I then sent a text to please not send any food as I do not want it and it will be a waste. I finally got in touch with Andy on Monday morning (I had to call. He didn't call me back). He told me that nothing could be done and "the best" he could do was refund me money for the balance but not Monday and Tuesday (even though I said I did not want it on Friday). There has to be better companies than this.  If I could do zero stars I would.

This is a great service! The quality of the food is superior to other meal delivery services I've tried in the past, with more variety. The deliveries are always timely and the customer service is great. Having protein packed meals delivered right to my door really takes the guess work out of planning what to cook every day and getting the grocery shopping done. I have more time to myself, which is great. I would recommend them to anyone!

FISH IS WARM - 62 DEG.  ICE BAGS ARE PLACED ALONGSIDE FOOD, NOT OVER IT.  PACKING DEPT OPERATES UNCONTROLLED.   REPEATED REQUESTS FOR PROPER COLD FOOD PACKING GET NO RESPONSE.  CORRECTIVE ACTION NEVER HAPPENS. CANNOT RECOMMEND DELIVERLEAN BECAUSE FOOD IS DELIVERED WARM.
