I love this relatively new, little Italian market and eatery.  The chef, Dominic, is the real thing.  Italian born and raised in Brooklyn, his Italian-American cooking is fresh and delicious, and the portions are huge.  He makes his own mozzarella and bakes his own bread.  The vibe at this place is totally salt of the earth and all about family.  Ana, Dominic's long time fiance and partner, remembers me and greets me like an old friend whenever I walk through the door.  On Friday and Saturday nights the place gets packed and service can be spotty as they attempt to keep up with demand.  The high quality food and friendly ambiance are worth the wait.

I went here for lunch and their lasagna was one of the best I have ever had! I need to go back and try other items on the menu. I look forward to returning. Once I try out a few other items I may move my rating up or down depending. If my review was just on the lasagna, it would be 5 stars. It gets a star knocked off for the lack of any ambiance.

Bob the blacksmith, The Modern Forge, took me there the first time two years ago. I can't say enough positive things about this place. The owners and staff give 120% to their customers. The food is second to none. This place is great. A slice of heaven on earth, 6 stars.   Read the other reviews and yep parking could be a problem.  And it is a small place... never had supper always, lunch but could see the place being over run. The personal attention they give works really well till you are full up and customers are waiting for service. But personally I have never had anything but the best possible experience and it is one of my goto places with friends. Thanks guys keep up the good work.
