Great place for some good food and cold beer. The pretzel bites were great. The salads were crisp and fresh. The citrus vinegarette dressing was sweet and tangy. The pizza was terrific. We went on a hot day, and the restaurant was really warm. The AC was struggling.

DELMAR is the place to be good food and drinks very SPACIOUS nice seating tvs to watch the game staff is excellent. Roof top party is such a very nice place, the ideal one stop bar/club. Great atmosphere and experience, will definitely recommend.

I cannot say enough about the Delmar! We had our wedding reception here on June 26th and let me tell you how each and every staff member went above and beyond and made every single dream come true! Our wedding was the best and each guest has told us that our wedding was by far best they have ever been too and that was because of this amazing venue! Steve, Kenny, Sarah and everyone else was truly a dream to work with! They listened to all of our plans and made it a reality! The food was outstanding the service was out of this world! All our guests always had a drink when they wanted and everything stayed on schedule down to the minute! I couldn't be happier with the way our reception was and that was all thanks to everyone at the Delmar! I would highly recommend an event here or just a night out!

I went to this place for a birthday party.and the scenery is beautiful. I completely forgot we were on a rooftop. The bar is beautifully lit and the booths were clean and nicely spaced out. The karaoke is like really being on stage. I will definitely be returning. Update Visited this place on a Sunday for a dinner w friends under 21. The appetizers were delicious I got the buffalo cauliflower bites and the 3 cheese garlic bread. My bestie ordered the veggie pizza w/o mushrooms. Everything was hot and tasted great. Plenty of places to take pictures as well, it was giving date vibes. I will be returning Update #2 Visited for a date night and the vibe inside was inviting and lively as expected. We got a margarita pizza and lemon drop shots. The pizza was HOT and the cheese pull is solid. We got to watch the game at the bar and enjoy. I would highly recommend.

Nice Sports Bar. Plenty of space to watch TVs. Bartenders were very nice and knowledgeable. Great menu. I had the salmon BLT this time, which was delicious. As much as I really liked the sandwich it has an excessive amount of bread. They could probably use a softer bread or eliminate some and it would taste just as good. The crab Mayo and bacon really add something to the sandwich. The sandwich is enormous! I'll post pics. I use to come year years ago when this was a higher end restaurant called Santorini. I miss their martinis. But this place is a great stop in Greektown too.

My friend and I, unknowingly twinning, attended DELMAR Sunday Funday on the rooftop on Sun, 7.17.2022 We enjoyed it! It's spacious, it looks great, sturdy floors, nice bar, bathrooms, great music selection, dope host, great communication when it was preparing to rain, and they had options for us to go to stay dry. I love Afrobeats so I would love to hear them even more when out at everyday parties. I was so happy for the Afrobeat songs I did hear!

When we arrived they were not very busy. The entire service staff waitress, bartender and cooks was terrible from the time we sat down! Waited on 1 simple drink for over 20 minutes, my BF first drink about 35-45 minutes- no excuse other than the waitress was socializing I ordered an appetizer with fries for my meal as all entrees were off the menu due to a broken freezer. My BF ordered a small pizza. It took us asking several times as my food was gone and asked the food runner and server where the pizza was! My second drink also took quite some time. We asked to speak to the manager and let him know the table behind us that arrived a good 25 minutes after had all their drinks and food before us. He credited us the cost of the pizza which was nice. The food was good but the experience with our server killed it for us and we will not be returning! We get our bill and they auto added in a 18% tip! A tip for the poor service, that takes guts

Ok so we came here after the Lions game. We sat at the bar because the place was full. There is one bartender that goes the extra mile. His name is Marcus. There was only one chair available so I was going to stand. He went and got another chair. He was constantly filling up the water glass without request. Always ready for the beer and food orders. Awesome dude. Awesome place. Everyone else was on point. You will not be disappointed if you come here. Humming like a finely tuned engine.

Nice atmosphere. Loved that the front of the restaurant can be opened fully, from ceiling to floor. On a warm night, it's one of the best places to see all the beauty and uniqueness of downtown Detroit.

It was my first time there. We celebrated my birthday there & it was great. I love sports bars & the food was amazing. Will definitely be going back.
