Hai and his crew did a walkway on the side of my house and a concrete pad in the backyard. They did an outstanding job. Only issue I had is that the ruined 2 parts of my front lawn with concrete. I complained, but he never came out to fix.

After spoke to some contractors in the area, most did not satisfy our want and need, especially the Price. We went on Google looking for the best rating contractor and we found Hai Nguyen – the owner of Delta Construction & Landscape. We gave him a call and next day he shown up. First, We have our vision of what we need to accomplish on our front and back yard, however, after Mr. Nguyen have walk around the house with us, he gave us more idea, layout design which will allow us to have more time enjoy, instead of put more time to take care it. Mr. Nguyen really has talent and architect thought. Especially, his quote was right at our budget. In the other hand, if we hire different Contractors, it would cost us more because they only do so much on front yard and so much on back yard in order to stay within our budget. Mr. Nguyen and his employees always act professional and respectful to us through out the job. Mr. Nguyen, we really appreciate for all your help and great services from your company. We definitely will refer you to our families and friend. Once again, Thank You and God Bless You.

Excellent work at a very competitive price. The owner (Hai Nguyen) and his crew are very hard working guys. Always prompt, start early, work hard all day! Amazing. Great attention to detail. We had them lay a large concrete patio and walkway with stamping and a border. They also poured a section for a seasonal above ground pool. The concrete work was solid, good steel reinforcement, well leveled prior to the pour, and also installed a base of rock underneath. Would recommend them to anyone, and I will use them again! (We have more to do).

It is hard to find people that do good work and do it without taking short cuts. Hai, the owner, was helpful from the start; not only did he give a great deal, I continuously was impressed with the quality of work he did. He went above and beyond by adding finishing touches that I didn't even think he was going to do. I will be calling him for all of my concrete and landscape projects Great job Hai
