I had a slab leak in my house and I contacted this company in September to repair the damage that was caused by repairing the pipe.  They sent Dennis out to my house to take a look around and give an estimate. After receiving the estimate my insurance company gave him the go ahead to start work but he didn't want to. At first he claimed that my insurance took things off of his quote and he wanted to be sure that they were on the same page, but once that was resolved he stopped calling me back. The last I heard from him was that he was too busy to fix my house because of all the rain damage that was caused by the storms. He said he would contact me when he "had time" It's been nine months since I received his initial estimate and he still hasn't contacted me. I've taken my business elsewhere.
