They do patchwork. Fillings that fall out within months. All of rooms are dark. The girl at the front desk acts stuck up. This place has a terrible vibe to it. The dentist is very nice but the work is bad.

Our teeth are the most important thing to our family. The staff that they have is unbelievable. Sonia will take care of you in a professional and timely matter. We have been going to them for over 10 years. We recently saw a billboard and got suckered in and we tried out a new dentist because it was closer. This was one of the worst things we have ever done. I do not like to put in negative reviews so will not name that business. I have learned my lesson and will continue to be a loyal client even if we have to drive 1 hour. Thank you for keeping my families dental hygiene in great condition. The dentist you have answer all your questions in a quick and timely matter and have done wonders on my whole family. Thanks again.

My entire family has gone to this dentist and they cannot seem to get their records straight. Four out of five us were told that we had loose fillings that needed to be fixed and 3 cavities. I found this odd so went to get a second opinion just to find out that one of us had NO cavities and three of use had one cavity each and NONE of us needed to have our fillings replaced. Originally we went there because of an infection my husband had and the receptionist said wouldn't see him for the infection right away because they had to do an evaluation first. This office is close to our home and would have loved the convenience.

I brought my son in as a new patient for a cleaning and he was told that he had 9 cavities.  We scheduled him for the fillings over two weeks because there were so many.  I proceeded to get a second opinion before his first appointment because he had never had a cavity before.  The second opinion was that he had NO cavities.  Please don't say this is due to differences in opinion between dentists.  There is no way a child goes from 9 to 0 cavities for no reason except that there was a misdiagnosis.  Please review your practices in your Round Lake office.

Called for an appointment (new customer) because of a sudden semi-emergency and this place is right down the road from where I work. The first statements from the receptionist were: "Do you have insurance?", "How are you going to pay for this?", "The doctor will have to evaluate you and come up with an estimate before we do any treatment". Nothing like, "Are you in pain?", "How serious is the infection?", or anything about the reason I called. She was all business and her only interest was money, money, money, money.  I have to assume if that was all she was interested in, that is all the good doctors she works for are interested in, so don't believe their caring website because what I heard on the phone makes that phoney.
