This is a good lumber yard and has all you need to build with. The staff is moderately friendly and helpful with your purchase if you ask. Don't go get material after it rains though or your getting it in a mud pit.

Great Prices!!! I am a DIY, I priced out fencing materials for a 60ft good neighbor fence and Denair Lumber was by far the lowest.  Easy purchase, there was a little snag in communication for delivery (it was free delivery) but I was under the impression that they would stack it behind my gate since I had informed them I would leave the gate open and it is a vacant rental property.  I received confirmation that the delivery had been made but it was a driveway delivery, I was a little upset because 1) I am a female and how am I supposed to move all that lumber by myself 2) why had they not informed me the delivery was standardly just on the driveway especially since I had explained to them the "vacant house" situation.  I have to say this is a really big customer service opportunity and they rose to the challenge. The sales associate, Micheal, who had completed my order the previous day came to the property and helped move the fencing material to the backyard where I had originally thought it would be delivered. Much appreciated!  Would the big home improvement stores gone to such efforts to fix the communication error, Im not so sure. I will definitely be doing more business with them for my rental properties.

This is a great addition to Riverbank. Nice people and they have everything at good prices.
