Like most Home Depots I've walked into, I have more knowledge of what I'm looking for than the people working there. But this one stood out for exceptionally poor customer service when I asked where I could find the very well concealed Pro Rewards desk. By the way it's hidden by the tool rental section. But the person I asked looked at me like I had just asked her a question in a different language although she seemed to have a basic understanding of English. It took me going to another register to finally be pointed in the direction of the Pro Rewards desk. I wouldn't normally leave a 1 star review for a Home Depot because at least some of the people attempt to be helpful but it took nearly an hour out of my work day to find and buy what I needed because of the lack of basic knowledge of the store where they work. Oh and now that I figured out how to pull up a store map on here, there's really no point for me to interact with the employees except to make a transaction.

It's a Home Depit, so if you know what they are like you know what to expect. They have most of what you need for home projects. I just wish they would lay out the stores the same. Why does each one need to be different?

worst experience I've ever had will never shop at home depot ever again... i came in one morning looking a little rough from WORKING and I had $300 in my pocket i spent $50 on pipeing and left the store... they had apparently called the sheriffs department and two squad cars were waiting for me when I left. I was detained for hours while i was searched and they went over the video.. turns out I didn't steal a damn thing. I've spent thousands apon thousands at home depot but will never ever shop at that horid place again!!!

Employees are rude and have no knowledge in what their doing. Especially the one one girl with the colored purple hair. That said they couldnt help me register out cause they were closed at 755 on sunday when they close at 8pm and ido over 80k of business there annually. I iwn my own business so maybe might have to start goin to lowes. Their employees seem a lil bit more experienced
