While I am not happy I had to have a flood and water leaks in my new home, I am glad I found a great plumber in the area who provides awesome service and quality work.  I called  Dennis Pratt Plumbing when I noticed a leak in my living room ceiling from the bathroom.  They came out same day and diagnosed the problem, and came back the following Saturday morning to repair the problem.  They two younger guys who came out did the repair quickly, and explained what caused the issue.  They also cleaned up and assisted me in diagnosing another water issue with my basement.  I went through quite a few different plumbing companies prior to reaching these guys, but I can say now  with the excellent customer service and great work, these guys are honest and have my business for any future plumbing needs.  They might not be the cheapest plumber, but what I have learned is, you get what you pay for.  If you want it done right, and avoid future problems, this is the place to go. HIGHLY recommend if you're in need of a plumber!

We have been in business for over 20 yrs and repeatedly a part of the Better Business Bureau! So I am sure it's nothing we've done.

Don't use. They did a no call no show on me and I'm only 30 seconds away from them. When I called back they didn't even have me down. If there was a negative star, they deserve it
