My visit to this location was on Christmas Day. I must give them credit where credit is due. Even with it being a super busy & hectic day, they did their best to make sure to try and accommodate everyone. The food ordered is what was served and only one item had to be recooked. To me this was not an issue with the day being as busy and crazy as it was. All the staff were inviting and helpful even as they were being pulled every-which way. The quality of the food was good as well. I would definitely return to this location.

I was disappointed in the service and the lack of concern with our order being wrong. They didn't seem to try to correct it in a timely manner and then charged us the higher price for the item, which wasn't originally on our receipt. My foid was cold and they reheated it and brought me the same food I sent back. They need to work on better customer service!

They seem to have issues with staffing even though there were quiet a few people running around. It took a while for our drink order to be taken. When we placed our food order it didn't take long to come out but it was cold. I'm not fond of cold scrambled eggs. Our pancakes took a moment longer but at least they were fresh and warm. My husband ordered his food with no hash browns but he was given the anyway. It did take forever to get the check. Our waitress was pilot and nice but they clearly need to teach their staff how to move faster. Idk maybe because I work in a very fast paced environment I understand how things should really move when it is busy. This won't be a favorite spot of ours to be visiting. Which is a shame because we are both from MA so we grew up in Danny's. Not the Danny's I know.

Twice now we have attempted to eat here and we're met with bad inattentive service at the door that led to unacceptable wait times and we left. Today we arrived at 3pm. There were very few customers and plenty of clean tables but they asked us to wait for a specific table that needed cleaning... They then proceeded to not clean it for about 10 minutes while two servers gabbed at each other and the other looked to be rushing around accomplishing nothing but apologising to us twice. We also overheard customers paying for their meal on the way out and they treated quite rudely as well. The waffle house right next door is much better. DO NOT TRY TO EAT HERE. Unless you like lots of waiting, rude employees, and poor service.

Great atmosphere and staff. Energy meals are my favs. They don't have a diet list but you can go for the low carb meals. Managers are great and the waitresses and waiters are the best!! The cooks are great. I always ask for the cook to come get his personal tip too.
