Great food but we had a male Waiter somewhere around 54 years old and he complained and whined like a straight up little hoe. He talked about how busy he was and how bad the manager was. He actually put a damper on my dinning experience. I ordered the double cheeseburger which was amazing. Trust me you can't go wrong with the Burger m but other than the Punk ass Waiter everything else was pretty good. I Will most certainly return

Ordered online for the first time with ease. After driving less then 10 minutes we found the food was cold when we arrived. The first order was a customized Grand Slam which was only pancakes bacon sausage and toast. The second order was a simple hash brown. The pancakes were missing and apparently the sausage was overcooked so my daughter only got toast for dinner. But the syrup was included so I guess we can save that for another time. The hash brown was thrown in to the first order box with sausage and bacon mixed in it. 

I called to speak with the manager Gabby who only apologized and said that her server was new but she would have to go online and only reimburse me for the missing pancakes. Ordering from there was a complete waste of my time as I still need to go back out now to get an actual meal for my child to eat. But she only wants to reimburse me for the pancakes not thinking about my time so they will no longer get my business in the future.

I recommend if you live more than 5 minutes away don't bother doing carry-out. You might as well sit down and enjoy a hot meal.

Let's see, first our menus were sticking together because there was old food on them. When I opened up mine trash fell out of it. I ordered the pot roast and it arrived on a dirty plate. My napkin had food on it and it hadn't been used. So I sent everything back and the pot roast came back with half the original portion. I noticed that my son's sizzling skilled had mold growing on the pot holder handle. I confronted the manager and she couldn't defend the situation but she did say that portions vary by up to half depending on who was cooking. I'll never eat in this nasty place again. Stay away if you don't want to get sick.

Upon arrival no one was at the hostess stand to take names for seating so I went to the cashier. Was informed by her you have to go to the hostess stand and put your name in. Went there and waited only to have the cashier walk over and take my name for seating. I can see this is going to be a great experience. NOT.

I usually don't write reviews but that's how bad our dining experience was this evening. Our waitress Shakira was acting as if she was doing us a favor by waiting on us, our order was incorrect and that was after waiting an eternity to even receive it. I would not suggest visiting this location.
