This is specifically about the rapid ordering system. Placed my order at 2:33, ready time on the email was 2:43, actual time the food was ready was 2:54. I understand if the store was busy a take away ticket may be pushed back, but people who came in after my order was already supposed to be completed received their orders first. Then when I received my order the employee told me that everything was there. When I arrived at my destination, I was missing an item. So I had to make a second trip to the store. After waiting in line to let someone know of the issue the cashier and manager started trying to find out who to blame. If the ordering system was in fact faster than waiting in line, and you didn't have to watch the order get packed then sure, it's a great idea.

Love the food and the employees treat you like family...they take the time to get to know you...this makes me come in 4xs a week. It's obvious that the managers here are good leaders to their employees. When you see managers walking around interacting with tables...in these days...it's just so easy to be in a rush and not care. My back ground is hospitality so I pay attention to the little things. Thank you Panera for caring!

People who work there was so kind when I order food. They are pretty good workers. All Food delicious too!! Thank you:)

They never have your order ready when promised even on mobile orders. Staff is negligent and forgets about the orders sitting on the counter. At one point i stood and stared at my order for 5 mins until I had enough and had to go get it behind the counter and get it myself. I waited 22 mins on a 10 minute order.
