I had to give this place 1 star in order to review it. Otherwise, it would have been zero stars. We have been here twice and have yet to eat here. The first time we waited an hour for our food and finally gave up. The second time our order was never taken. We had been sitting for over 10 minutes with not one drink order being taken. The icing on the cake was when the family, who sat down after us, got drinks and ordered food. I went directly to the manager (who was very nice) and told her that these 2 visits resulted in no food either time. She offered to get us served "right away" but by that time we had enough. Never again Denny's.

We all know this place! The food is processed and lots of sodium. I love the hanging lamps and the staff is very friendly. We take our 91 year old grandmother there!! Memories

Yet again, awful service at my local Denny's. The online ordering hasn't worked in a couple of months, so there's that. I called in my order- the lady was very kind. As I was ordering she told me she didn't have the sprinkles for the birthday cake shake, as I was going to order something else she "found" some sprinkles so I ordered the shake with the $6 Southwest Turkey Sandwich and Loaded Potato Soup. She said the order would take 15 minutes. I waited 20 before heading over (I work across the parking lot). I had to wait in line for about 5-7 more minutes, because unlike most other modern Denny's, this one doesn't have more than one register. She forgot to ask me about my Denny's loyalty, too. She rang me up, I paid, she said have a nice day- no shake. So I ask for my shake and she says "strawberry?". Nope. It wasn't even on their radar. Somehow she ended up knocking over a drawer of money that was just sitting on the freezer (seems like that would be against policy, leaving a drawer full of money just sitting there during lunch rush). Instead of asking someone to help her- I had to wait for her to clean up & THEN make my shake- which she informed me would take another "2 minutes". So instead of putting my shake in- THAT I ORDERED OVER THE PHONE THIRTY MINUTES AGO- and then cleaning up, she wasted even more of my time. She didn't give me any crackers or a spoon- for my to-go order of soup. And here's the worst part- SHE FORGOT THE DAMN SPRINKLES ON MY SHAKE!!! And I walked away without noticing. Now the food- I asked for no avocado but they also forgot the southwest sauce. They didn't put sour cream on my soup, either, and it basically tasted like potato flavored water. The bread on my sandwich was soggy. I never leave this Denny's without a complaint and it disappoints me because I really love Denny's. The only reason I gave it two stars was because the person who took my order and rang me up were very friendly and courteous, which has not been my experience in the past.

Great food and customer service. Very attentive and would meet all your dining needs without being too overbearing or distant, the perfect amount of attention.

Picked up Christmas lunch...... Turkey & gravy, dressing, cranberry sauce, mash potatoes, brocolli, rolls, pie. OH WAIT...NO CRANBERRY SAUCE...A BIGGGGGG SIN IN MY SOUTHERN BOOK! - LITERALLY 2 TBSP GRAVY - DRESSING SALTY AS HECK!! - NO ROLLS THEY FORGOT. - OUR PIE SLICES HAD SOME WHITE LIQUID ON THEM :(( ~~ OH LORD, GUESS I THANK GOD IT WAS SPRAYED WHIP CREAM THEY'D SPRAYED ON IT HOURS AGO. NOT DOING THIS AGAIN ....EVER.
