Love the chicken fried steak. Not impressed with the coffee or the soups, they seem to be watered down to stretch the product. The outside patio could use a good wash down more often, we go there often & noticed that it has been dirty every time. All in all we enjoyed our food/service & will definitely go back.

This IHOP is a TREAT of an experience! It's nice to be greeted with a smile! The day I went in for lunch, I was greeted by the Kitchen Manager who happened to be observing the guests dining experience and satisfaction of their meal. He was very welcoming and friendly. That friendly welcoming greeting replayed throughout my meal as the rest of the Staff followed suit. Yucca Valley IHOP gets 5 stars Great food and Friendly Service. Check them out!! You'll be glad you did!

Good food. Love to bring grandkids here. I had special request and substitutes which they honored. Like that.

Pros: nice server/hostess and seated fast but it wasn't busy. Clean bathrooms and clean facility but it's fairly new. Cons:Took a long time to receive food for an off peak hour on a weekend. Our french toast was cold and hard, scrambled eggs became dry and bacon was chewy n old instead of crispy. Asked for crispy hash browns but they were not. Worst of all:menu is mostly $10 and up. Overpriced for their SMALL portions. The server, while friendly, forgot our coffee (ok that can happen) but must've forgotten to grab our food because someone else brought it. We ate the food anyway because we were so hungry from waiting so long for our food, but we will not be returning to this establishment again.

Thank you Jesus! I Love the chocolate chocolate Chip Pancakes, T-bone Steak in my Eggs over medium! It was a Great experience, with a nice waitress!!!
