We just arrived from Phoenix and we’re hungry, we exit New Castle Denny’s, we came in and big guy with a loud voice and all smiles greeted us. It was a beautiful experience. He deserve a pay raise and recognition. Happy employee and positive attitude. He’s looking great in his uniform and neat. My husband and I we’re appreciative with the service. Rudy is the BEST in New Castle Denny’s.

My visit here today was great! The gentleman that served me was Rodolfo he was very nice and quick to get me a drink while I was looking over the menu. As soon as I figured out what I wanted it was literally a couple mins and the food arrived it was delicious!! I ordered the Cali Club Sandwich w/Seasoned Fries Side of Ranch Yummerz!  Overall everything was perfect and the place was very nice, it looks like it could use some small upgrades throughout but most Denny's locations keep a original nostalgic look on going so it works, Thank you Rodolfo for Perfect service and Crew in the kitchen my sandwich was great!!

Haven't been to a Denny's in a few years but finally decided since I have some free time to swing by this location since it was the closest to me. The service was very good, the workers were nice and I got my food pretty fast. The food was really good and the view was amazing from outside. Definitely plan to come here again sometime in the future

Came in with my family today for a celebration, and this place was BUSY. The General manager, Rudy, was helping out and actually took our orders for us. Our server, Rodolfo, always made sure our coffees were topped off and we were never without water or anything for long. Even though the place was packed with people, I always felt like my family was the only one in there, because they treated us so well. If we lived closer we would go more often--heck, it was worth the drive. We'll definitely be back!

Wow!! I have not been to dennys in a long time. This location reminded me on how much I missed it. Great service, fast and tasty food! Rudy the general manager is awesome. Made us feel like family. Definitely will be coming back.

This location needs a lot of work and more staff. There is only ever one server working the entire restaurant. The manager is never very kind to customers. He's very curt and even when the fire department was there an older gentleman slipped in their bathroom because they have a major roof leak going on and everything in the bathroom was flooded, they were using a tote container to try to negate the water dumping from the vent on the ceiling he was very dismissive and acted like hw was too busy to discuss the flood in the bathroom with them. Some servers are very kind and attentive, some are not. Everyone there seems stressed and irritable and are short and abrupt when speaking to customers. Their prices also seemed to have skyrocketed. They o ly have their holiday menu right now and they want almost $4 for one single egg. Outrageous. I get that prices of things have gone up, but Denny's food is mediocre at best, so I don't know how they feel they can justify their prices.

Went on a Sunday evening//only 2 staff showed for their shift: 1cook & 1 wait staff  they still served my daughter & myself & the 1/2doz other tables already seated Service was  our waitress deserves a BONUS . wish I could've afforded a bigger tip cause they definitely earned every penny that night!

Rudy was so nice to our group and very quick with service. Checked on us plenty of times. There was one food mistake but he fixed it so quickly it didn’t matter. Will come back- hopefully when he’s working!
