I work at Dental Delite and the atmosphere and staff is amazing. The Doctors are very intelligent and go above and behind to make every patient feel comfortable. Highly recommend this dental office for every one of all ages!!

While the office staff is very nice and professional I waited over an hour to see the dentist. Even though I was on time for my appointment. Dr. Marsaw was very educational and helpful. However I can't say the same for the billing department. 

When I received a printout of the cost for my dental work it did not include the payment that would be received from the dental insurance. I was only given what my out of pocket would be for the dental expenses. I thought it was too much so I contacted my dental insurance carrier and asked for a breakdown. 

At that point I was informed they had sent payment for work that I haven't even received. I contacted Dental Delite and their billing person is adamant that I am incorrect about the information I received from my insurance carrier. 

I'm not so sure since I was billed for an extraction I never received. My insurance company says they sent a payment on 09/19/14 for dental services that I never received.  I was already a little concerned about Dental Delite. At this point I'm not sure I really should be doing business with them at all. 

When I spoke with Terry about this issue she continued with the story that the insurance I have only pays a monthly contractual fee there for I get a discount. They never sent my insurance company a claim. If it wasn't a claim how did my insurance company know to pay for an extraction and a bridge and what teeth the bridge consisted of? So does my insurance company just send you money monthly not even knowing if you will be providing me service??? 

I'm not looking for any freebies, all I want is to pay what's fair and reasonable. If I was only getting a discount on services I wouldn't need to pay for dental insurance. Most doctors give you a discounted rate when you don't have insurance and pay with cash.
