November 29,2017....I had a horrible experience at Dental Dream....the staff (Dentist and Technicians)  were very unprofessional. The Dentist didn't introduce herself upon entrance, She didn't bother explaining anything to me in regard to procedures being performed:, she only instructed me when to open and close my mouth during my entire visit. During  the tooth cleaning, the Dentist and the technician held a conversation about another patient over my face....BAD EXPERIENCE!        I will never to return to this facility again. Please read all the reviews, These reviews are very accurate.

This is suppose to be a kid friendly place right?? The dental assistant don't even speak to you or the kids when they come in. You know kids hate the dentist anyway, so you'd think they'd be a little more nicer.
 Ridiculous!
The Doctor was nice though... And the time you'll be there you better set asside about 3 hours. Overall it's an Okay place.

Had a 2:30 appointment and arrived at 2:20. Walked in to see 4 young ladies sitting behind the desk doing absolutely nothing. Checked in and waited until 3 pm, 30 minutes past my appointment time to finally ask, “how much longer”? I was told they didn’t know because it was a hectic day. There was only me and 1 other sitting in the waiting room! Then I was told the “dentist” was doing a root canal and was running an hour behind. So I asked if he’s an hour behind and I’ve been waiting 30 minutes already then he should be able to see me in another 30 minutes, right? Oh, we’re not sure. I pointed out that they could have told me this a while ago. The response was, we just told the other lady waiting. I’m not the other lady! This place has untrained, unprofessional people running this office. No customer service skills at all, and apparently a dentist who didn’t learn about time management in school. You try to support local businesses and this is what you get. First and last visit!

Theres literally no point in making an appointment you are literally going to be waiting forever just to see a dentist and their staff are soo unprofessional sweet and nice  at times but very unprofessional  wouldn't recommend this place needs to be shut down

This is the worst dental office it was very unclean I waited over 3 hours for my appointment the entire staff was in professional they violated every hippa law my medical information was in jepority and when I ask why the computer screen was unlocked and asked about hippa they advised me hippa does not apply to my dental records so please do not go to this dental office
