I met 2 of the office workers,at a presentation at the Community Center,and they scheduled an appointment for me. The office is easy to find, and has ample parking. I was treated and referred to a surgeon for extraction of a cracked tooth. Cool environment Calm.
I highly recommend this dental. The dentist is very thorough and exceptionally great in his treatment. The hygienist and receptionist are just as good. Such a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. If you're looking for good dental please give them a call.
The best experience ever! The entire staff is awesome! Customer service is top tier and I can’t think of the receptionist name , it may be Chandra or something like that but she is the example of exemplary customer service! My mom has been depressed for years because of her teeth and they were able to help her on her journey for veneers while making her feel comfortable and helping her overcome her fears and anxiety! I will write another review once she has the procedure in a few weeks! The doctor was thoughtful and gentle with my mom and his assistant listened without rushing her. Thank you all and we can wait until my mom gets her new teeth!
Been going here for the last 5 years, always was a great experience. I have recently had to spend more time here due to some dental extraction and a bridge. The entire staff was wonderful through it all and did a fantastic job.
Clean and professional. Friendly staff! I appreciate the masking and purifiers. No long waiting; in and out. Explains the process well and open to questions. Clear billing information, with various payment options. A very pleasant environment.
I had a dental emergency and my home dentist was not able to fit me in which was very disappointing because they have all of my records and X-rays. I tried calling 10 other dentists in my area which advertised that they took emergencies and they all said they did not have any appts available for emergency. I am so thankful for Sauk Trail Dental Care and Dr. Garuba. They took me as soon as I got there started an emergency procedure. Without their help, I would still be in throbbing pain. I am extremely grateful to their entire staff. I highly recommend them!!!!
The staff was so nice & welcomed us w/smiles. The woman at the front desk was so kind. They’re about their business. Scheduling his appointment was breeze. The dentist, himself, made sure my father was comfortable. Overall, great experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new dentist.
I had a dental emergency and boy am I'm glad I found this place! The staff was pleasant, patient and professional. I definitely recommend Sauk Trail Dental!!!
The staff is very friendly and does a great job of keeping you informed. The dentist makes you feel comfortable and he’s gentle.They have a great playlist going while you’re getting your teeth worked on too!
The office was very clean and presentable. I was able to register easily at the appointment for my daughter. She felt very comfortable with the doctor and the receptionist very professional.
