I saw Dr Blaney. What a wonderful personable person!! He made me so comfortable and went well above the limit of patient assistance. He made sure that I would be well taken care of in the next portion of treatment. I had no negative issues which is very rare for me at a dental office. I am a special needs patient and the whole office went out of their way to keep me comfortable - physically and mentally. I cannot recommend them enough. If you want a knowledgeable, friendly, patient-first experience I HIGHLY recommend Dental One

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE HERE. DO NOT GO HERE. For some reason, the dental hygienist was the one to put in my temporary crowns in the front of my mouth, did a horrible job, even the dentist agreed. I had to go back in the very same day to get them fixed (when i finally arrived to work that morning, everyone in my office told me how bad it was and that it was very noticeable and that they should fix it; very humiliating). I work 50 minutes away and rushed to get there in time, only to be subjected to the same dental hygienist who sat there and complained as to how late she is going to be to pick her son making me feel very uncomfortable. Long story short, I never received my permanent crowns and i have been pleading with these people for my money back. They keep giving me the run around as to why I only get a partial payment back (never the same reason), not to mention when I took time off of work again to go in and speak with Nicole (the office manager), she refused to see me and asked for April (assistant office manager) to talk to me. After I spoke with April, she agreed with me and told me that Nicole would call me back and that i didn't deserve to be treated that way and should get more back since I didn't receive my permanent teeth. I had to call and leave multiple messages until she finally called me back 7 days later. Unfortunately, they have left me with no other option but to seek legal council to resolve this dispute.

I'm a new patient here and when I called in to get scheduled for the first time the receptionist Samantha was extremely helpful. I came in for my first appointment and I was greeted by the same person who I set my appointment up with and was once again refreshed by her customer service skills. The appointment went smoothly and all of the staff i encountered was very professional. I will definitely be coming back and also recommending this office to my friends and family.

Excellent service. Clean and orderly environment. Staff is professional, friendly, organized. I was called back on time and no lag in waiting to be seen by dentist.

They cancel your appointment 2 weeks before you're supposed to go, one you've had for 6 months, and can't get you in until late in December. Explanation = it's the hygienist's vacation...um she didn't know she was going on vacation until 2 weeks out....and all the hygienists are on vacation at the same time? Their alternative solution is that you can be added to a list and hope for someone else to cancel their appointment OR call every single day to see if someone cancelled... That's horrible customer service in my opinion for any patient, exceptionally worse for a patient who's been with them for 10+ years. I'll be looking for another service provider. Because they clearly don't value their patient's time or dental well being.
