I went into the Baltimore Broadway kool smiles office. Cassandra the hygienist was super helpful and patient with me that day. Did everything she could to help me out. Also the dental assistants were very bubbly making it a nice visit.

The experience with the staff at the broadway location in East Baltimore is always pleasant and patient. I have two toddlers and they always act out when its their turn to be seen but their staff always come together to help as best as they. Um, dislike is sometime there can be a wait but its only when children are like out for holidays or seasons and they do have that little play area to keep the children occupied so that's very helpful for as a parent. they do good work

Love the place especially the lady Mrs.Cassandra she made sure I was ok during my visit I would recommend anyone to her and this place

Everyone is friendly and courteous, but they had to reschedule my appt twice, which means I had to take off twice for nothing. They called the last time the morning before my appointment was scheduled. That isn't efficient enough when I am paying for the services.

I had an amazing experience from walking into the office & leaving. Front desk acknowledged me as I first walked through the door. Wait time was at most 10 minutes. The dental assistant was very clear on what tooth needed treatment and the process of the treatment. The doctor was very friendly and clear on information pertaining to the treatment of the tooth. And I am very satisfied with the work done on my tooth. I'll always recommend Koolsmiles. 😁
