I came to this location after have multiple HORRIBLE experiences with the Dental One office located in College Park (the doctors are great) however, the staff is incompetent and not aligned with the doctors. May I add that the average wait time is one hour before you are seen by a hygienist and an extra 25-30 by the doctor. I’ve also been misinformed at several appointments which is inconvenient. Appointments have been canceled, billing incorrectly done or communicated. 😣😪

The dental one office staff in Dunwoody  is efficient,
friendly and knowledgeable. I had concerns that I brought to the hygienist attention and she immediately was able to describe my treatment plan into detail. The office has more of a private feel so you will quickly know who is responsible for what. 💪🏽🙏🏽

Very friendly & professional staff, beautiful office, and convenient location with ample parking!  They also offer numerous payment options for treatments.  A+++ service!  Will be my go-to dentist office for future appointments.

I broke a tooth and had to get a crown.  Everyone at Dental One were friendly and efficient.  I'm not a big fan of Dental offices but Dental One put me at ease.  Front Office and Hygentist were great.  Dr. Hair explained everything and performed excellent.

The doctor was very helpful in giving me options in my gum care and overall health of my teeth. The receptionist was very friendly and courteous and so was the tech.

Doctor Sima is the best! She is so informative, nice and truly cares about her patients wants and needs. She makes my experience here amazing! The office is clean and safe as well. I recommend that you go here if you want the best dental treatment.
