This office is absolutely amazing. The professionalism from the front to the back was great. They make you feel at home and apart of the office family. I would recommend them to anyone. They not only accepted my insurance but helped me understand it better and showed me how to bet use the benefits for the remainder of the year with my treatment. I couldn't ask for better in a dental office. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

Most of the staffers were nice and friendly, I especially enjoyed the services provided by the hygienist and the lead receptionist. However, I did find issues with the professionalism of the young receptionist who refused to answer questions when asked nor was she ready to accept her ineptness. Further, it was surprising that a place with such class will forget to date a prescription. Overall, pricey but a nice environment and I think a lot of aspects of their customer relationship management has to be improved upon.

I have been a patient for four years!!! The current administrative staff is awful!! They quote policy and lack any logical thinking!!! Dealing with them is the worst!! The Doctor DOES NOT address patient complaints herself!!! This office only wants your money and does not care about their patients!! No matter how kind the dentist is, when the staff shows total disregard for your business.....the ENTIRE practice looks bad!!

If could select 0 stars, I would! Creative Dentistry of Atlanta has the worst service possible. They are never prepared and make mistakes/oversights too often that end up costing me money. I am baffled by the lack customer service and unprofessionalism among the staff. I will be finding a new dentist.

This office has both a dental office & medical spa! Immediately I was sold!!! Upon entering the office I noticed the smell of lavender and NOT a dental office which was great! Friendly and welcoming front office staff. I had my dental cleaning done by Samantha, which was very thorough & was educated about some of the issues I had by both the hygienist and Dr. Yakubov! Came in another day and had some Botox by Dr. Reddy & had my skin consultation with Bessy, the esthetician, whom I also received the most relaxing facial. So happy to have found this office! Definitely referring all my friends and family!! Thank you Creative Dentistry!!!
