After the initial visit where I was told one thing I paid for what I was told. Then when I needed help getting my temp. dentures refitted while gums were healing they grudgingly relied them. They told me that nothing else could be done for 8-9 weeks. Well today after waiting, found out they only reline once. Told me I just wasn't comprehending what was said. What a serious case of bait and switch! Then they insinuate that i am not smart enough to understand, my husband heard the same thing I did. This place is a money grubbing joke. Avoid it! The dental college will do a better job!

My first time there. Everyone was so nice and cared about your comfort. I was there longer than I expected but it was because they had a hard time getting me numbed to pull a bad tooth. It was being stubborn. But they were concerned about my comfort and not being in pain. I was very pleased and satisfied with my visit. Thank you for caring.

Such a wonderful experiece, both times I have went! Everyone is super helpful, very polite, professional, and they really care about the patient! Each time, they have offered cost-savings advice, and done everything they could to help me. Hands down the best dentist office I have ever visited. Had bad experiences in the past, but they really have changed my entire view of going to the dentist! ❤️

My appointment was suppose to be at 11. I got there at 1045 and did not get called back till 12. Sitting here for 30 mins in a chair for someone to talk to me and they forgot what teeth they worked on so they had to take a xray....filling cavities takes them an hour

First time going to Dentalworks and I was very happy. I haven't been to a dentist in a very long time, when I walked in I was greeted very friendly and professionally. The dentist worked very quick and professional to extract a tooth. Clearly set expectations and extracted the tooth with no complications. The overall experience was top notch and I would definitely go back and recommend to anyone needing a non-judgmental professional staff for dental needs.
