Usually there ok but not today I went in to get my wires changed the girl who was taking care of me was very nasty and had a rude attitude constantly told me to open my mouth in a nasty tone and I can't open my mouth fully because of a over bite which she then proceeded to yank my bottom jaw down. Told me after to go brush my teeth in a very nasty tone after had to wait for her to get off her phone 5-8 mins.

The orthodontist left the practice and I was never advised! I was told 18 months. It turned into 22! Everytime I had a bracket or band that broke I had to WAIT 2 WEEKS because the orthodontist that took over was only in every 2 weeks. This prolonged the length of time I had to wear braces. He tried to get me to sign a "premature" removal of my braces. If he was actually in the office It might have only been 18 months. I asked for the balance of my cost and nobody knew anything. Apparently the "accountant" only works a few days a week also! Janky practice! Pay the extra cost and go to a "real" orthodontist who doesn't have to practice on prison inmates!
