Place looked like a ghost town. Been there twice not impressed.  The receptionist appeared "stuck up, " maybe that's why❓ it looks like a ghost town. I've only gone to Dentalworks forever and I felt like I've never seen a dentist in my entire life.  I appreciated Dentalworks in Chapel Hill because they knew me but I have yet to decipher the Dentalworks on Waterloo Road.  Remember the phrase,  A good experience 3 people informed yet a bad experience 10 people are made aware." Maybe I wasn't feeling well but the customer service experience should have made me feel better.  I am not sure if I will return; maybe I will look for another dentist.  Your company closed in Chapel Hill, but don't⛔ blame the customer who used you.  I'm sorry I have to think this. I'm sure there are many variables involved. Literally, I am not sure about my feelings so don't start judging these women.

Update! 
     They have a new dentist, wouldn’t fill my cavity instead lectured me on life and refered me to a dr that doesn’t like my insurance, so I have to pay full price?! called a couple other dentists and they told me that that’s extremely odd that he didn’t want to fill my cavity that I requested, goes to show dentists are just like car shops, a second opinion is worth a million bucks when it’s said and done! I will not be making another appointment with this company. 

Extremely friendly staff! Puts patients first every time, no long waiting and dr Annam is amazing he uses a lot of navacain lol! , they are constantly worried about comfort! And will have you leaving healthy and confident, watch their finance manager tho, she gave me a whole bunch of crazy prices that didn't end up being true,
