They close at 4:30?? **WRONG** Not if you need a title transfer!! Since there is sometimes more paperwork involved they might not be able to leave at 4:30, so they stop title xfer's at 4pm!! Well when I got there, at 4:10 there were two lines open and two clerks doing NOTHING and neither one of them would do my simple little title transfer. Not because they couldn't, but because they don't have to! And they don't give a hoot about me having to take time off work and fight traffic to get there at 4:10. Now I get to do it again today. Don't think about calling cause they rarely answer the phones either. Next election don't vote for Michelle French! Elect someone that will make those lazy a$$e$ work for a living!

The people there are nice, always are, but sometimes the policies make no sense and the wait stinks. The wait isn't their fault, sometimes just a lot of people show up at once. The policies, I brought a lien release document copy, and was told it must be the original. This is not a document that is notarized, it only provides details about a close loan. The copy provides no less detail than the original and so this policy makes no sense, yet I have to sacrifice 2 days of lunch now to come register a vehicle. I look forward to the closure of these types of offices and the development of automation and web registration. I am so happy to know that I won't have to do this in 5 years anymore. I feel bad for these people, but registration, renewals, licensing can all be done online. There is no reason to have people go in anymore.

These people are really really rude, one lady would pretty much throw the papers at me, if I had a question she'd respond very sarcastically, one guy got mad because I asked him if they made document copies there. The only professional and helpful person in the Passport Dept was a guy assigned to us, if it weren't for him I'd give 1 star.

Pretty quick for a tax place. Very nice accommodations. Friendly people.

Their website says they are open until 4:30pm. What the website needs to show is they lock their doors at 3:58pm. That's what time I walked up to the door just as an employee was locking it. Went to the other front door and it was already locked. I left work early that day just to get this done. I gave it 2 stars because when I finally made it back, I found the staff to be friendly.
