I see all the positive reviews and maybe I just got unlucky. However I almost NEVER leave reviews, but people need to know that these people are NOT helpful. I thought people in this line of work wanted to help people. That is not the case here. I came in to get help and had to pull the "May I talk to a supervisor" card to which I was just sent to another window. They told me they stop giving waiting numbers at 3:45pm and I got there at 3:47pm. They are supposed to be open until 4pm. No one told me prior about this 3:45pm rule and I got 0 sympathy, not even fake sympathy! These people have no compassion. If you can avoid this particular location, AVOID IT. Go somewhere that cares about helping people in need.
