This issue has been resolved by Bruce , the Manager and Sales person. He assured me this was an over site or error on his part and apologized. He made this right. Thanks Bruce! Sales person seemed really knowledgeable and pleasant. Love the adjustable be we bought but will more than likely not purchase anything here again. We stopped to check out mattresses . I had an appointment up the street. Bought an adjustable bed and a foam mattress for a twin daybed. Set up and delivery was great. No problem with the bed. The salesman told us the foam mattress would have to be ordered and we could pick it up later. Got the amount , signed, BIG mistake. I did not want to be late for my appointment so I did not read the contract. First setup and delivery was supposed to be free , except we live at Cochiti Lake and it was 100 for delivery. Set up went great, love the bed. Didn't hear from them about the foam mattress so we went yesterday to inquire. It was neither ordered NOR paid for . We then looked at the contract , big mistake on our part , and indeed we were charged 189 for setup and delivery and the foam mattress was not ordered or entered and not in the quoted price. Simple we were bamboozled. We went there because we shop frequently at Furniture Row and they own Denver Mattress. We will have to reconsider shopping at either of these stores in the future!!! Good way to lose customers!

When you spend $1000 on a bed. And they don’t deliver. I want my money back. I could have spent the same money and ordered something from the internet and delivered it by now.

I purchased a mattress at this location and it was the floor model so I got a little bit of a discount. I told the sales guy that I couldn't pick up the bed until the following week amid he said it wasn't a problem. The next week I have my moving truck and we go over there and my mattress is gone!! Apparently the sales guy was supposed to tell me that they switch out mattresses every 6 months and that I'd have to go pick up my bed at another location. Now I'm paying for extra miles on my u-haul because I wasn't given the information I needed up front. Very frustrating.

Great customer service. Helped us order a mattress here with delivery out of Colorado.Justin was probably the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We would highly recommend.
