I bought 2 new mattresses from them and picked them up brought them home and they smelled like cigarette smoke. They switched them out but didn't have a twin size, so they brought another one half the thickness of the other. Also I bought the same week a sectional that was incomplete. I told the guy that all the pieces weren't there. I had to go back and pickup the missing piece. They are very inconsiderate. A guy Don that's over the delivery guys told them to wrap up the mattress that they took from my home with the plastic they took off the other mattress. So after all this, I received a phone call from the owner. His name is Chris, he asked what he could do to make this situation right. I told him I just wanted a mattress that was the same thickness that I have now. He called me back in 25 mins and said he would bring 3-4 mattresses and I could chose the want I wanted. Chris and his brother personally drove to my home and delivered the mattress. I was very happy that they took the time to do this and turn this situation around that quick. They are great guys and I really appreciate the effort they put into making me the customer happy!! Thank you once again.

The staff is extremely helpful and not pushy at all. The furniture is beautiful and affordable. I will definitely be buying more furniture from them.

Came here to Look at bedroom furniture as I have bought furniture here from the past and was helped by Robert he went above and beyond to help me even past closing time he helped to approve me for more so I can get the bedroom set I been dreaming of from Magnolia furniture he explained everything great was kind and really wanted me to get what I wanted I went in thinking I would have to settle for less because I only got approved a certain amount but he made my dreams happy I’m so excited I had my eye on this Beautiful set for awhile now see Robert very nice very helpful 😊

The salesman Robert Chavez was very courteous and patient with my questions. He made me feel comfortable while showing the merchandise so that I was confident in my purchase when I finally made my decision. I am happy with my purchase!

The initial visit went well because we were spending money so of course the customer service was great. Now 1 year later we have a tear in the couch and called for repair and have been getting the run around. We have called 3times and have not received a call back. Sorry customer service, we will never buy from this place again
