If people reviewing here are just upset at getting their kids taken away then they should evaluate their own life choices that led to it happening. Kids don't get taken away for no reason. Their grammar speaks for itself. I can't speak for the staff, but people I know that work for DCS genuinely do want the best for kids, even if that means taking them away. It's the law that dictates to whom they go.

It’s not just people getting their kids taken away. They are rude, under staffed and only care about checking a box. 3 months for a mattress. Multiples excuses. No communication with foster family. Last minute visits and expect you to jump through hoops to make their time schedule after they cancelled it multiple times. I have texts showing what they said they were going to do and didn’t follow through.

My son's mother favorite place to go for a good time. Every single time its ALWAYS the same issue. In Indiana the only need for women is their biological responsibility for raising a child alone which is why the Parenting Time Guidelines are written the way they are (extremely sexist and denies men EQUAL rights to the child they created). CPS is a collection of biased children who use their personal opinions to control the outcome of "abuse allegations". Even after it's hilariously determined these are just parental alienation issues you as a biological parent who created a human being gets STRIPPED of your rights to your child until you can go back and see a biased family court judge who isn't just sexist but also racist. I'm not afraid of make believe terrorists, hostile foreign countries, criminals, murders, rapists, or any other villain of the world - just our corrupt courts and biased CPS. The fact that there's little transparency, no accountability, little training, and they have control of your child's life makes has made me be a strong opponent for the rest of my life. Going on 10 years of parental alienation and what was my crime? Did you know there is no mental health screening process for CPS employees? Did you know audio and video recording is typically not included in cases that negatively impact bias and the opinion of an employee? Did you know there are multiple divisions of CPS that do not communicate with each other or record the same information? Did you know that CPS does not have the legal authorization to enter your home without a judgement by a judge and escort of a police officer but non-compliance immediately strips your parental rights to your child? Did you know an intern/trainee just needs a high school diploma, pass a pre-employment drug test, and has complete control over the well being of your child with no evidence just their personal opinion? Did you know there is no public reporting or any sort of analytics with personal identifiable information removed even though its a government agency that works directly with the public? Nothing, just being a male and a minority. This is how the republic of the United States dies with tyranny and corruption. We need CPS, we need family court, but in Indiana people who are not affected cannot believe this is in the United States or even this decade. We're the WORST country in the world and you can see that with how our government abuses our children.

The Debbie that got assigned to the case had such a lady boner for the accussed and had him run out the back door with my neice. The police had been looking for him. She kept talking about how handsome he was and if he was single. She called him and had him sign paperwork for my sisters case, which legally only my sister can sign. She is corrupt and everyone else is lazy and rude. This place needs a whole new staff. They are not trained to deal with families or children. Now my neice is missing once again thanks to Debbie who is clearly unfit for her position. Everyone needs to be fired and hire all new people. Asap.
