Worst customer service ever. This entity operates with complete lack of responsibility or care for its actions. It offers horrible service, bad attitudes, countless errors and unlimited excuses. No business would be allowed to operate in the state of N.H under those standards. Clearly the Director, Richard C. Bailey, Jr cares little for the people of N.H and even less about the conditions they are being subjected too. As N.H tax payers, we should be treated with respect and professionalism by our government offices and when they fail to meet NH's professional standard, there must be consequences. We deserve better. Please share you're experience now.

There can be no question of judgment here. I presume we all have had our difficult times with DMV/Safety, which is now a Federal, masquerading as a State, agency. The people working there are often lower class, or from recent immigrant families, so that they can be promoted, programmed, and instructed into inculcating beliefs and practices as entirely good and acceptable. The individual workers are often quite young, arrogant, and difficult to deal with. And at times, of course, they will attempt to bully you. One now has to watch for, be very careful about, what proofs you give them. For everything you give them, whether they literally state it or not, is susceptible to high grade copying, and uploading into their computer systems. Therefore, when you go to see this agency, and announce who you are to them, they will hold you "guilty", or as saying a lie, unless you can prove otherwise. This is a semi-autonomous, near tyrannical agency, closely allied with the federal government and police, and that make up their own laws. The latter power is supposedly devolved to them as a functioning Federal government agency or rubric. However, they can act and so form their laws arbitrarily, and arguably at times against the Constitution (specifically, the Bill of Rights). Easily among the most difficult, and most obnoxious, of all modern governmental agencies, which is quite something. Your Dad's or Granddad's DMV/Safety, depending on how old you are, is now long gone, and replaced with this imperious, rude and immoral entity. Only deal with them when it is necessary.
