Shouldn't be called "dependable" auto shippers. Used them 5 years ago. Car arrived weeks later than expected. Tried them again and thought door to door service would be a better experience. Waited all day for car to be picked up. No phone calls. Called near end of day only to find out they couldn't get around to our car that day. They wanted to pick it up the next day, but hard to believe they won't cancel again. Rearranged schedules and waited all day for them. Very disappointed. Either going to cancel this order and find another dependable company or this will be the last time we work with them.

Purchased a car from a family member that lives in San Diego and needed it to be shipped to Houston. The drop off in San Diego was very easy. They thoroughly checked the car over noting any dings, blemishes etc. They had given me a wide range (10 days) of delivery times, however it was delivered within two days after drop off in San Diego! It arrived in perfect condition. I had 7 different quotes from various car transport companies and they came in as second best quote. I also chose them because my companies website (a major airline) had them listed as providing great service. Would highly recommend.

Dependable Auto Shippers has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered in either my personal or professional life. I submitted a PROPERTY DAMAGE ONLY RELEASE to them in December. It has been 4 months and they still will not release the funds they said they were going to pay. When I call the phone # I was told to contact to follow-up on the payment I get passed around from person to person and email to email and get NO resolution. It seems as though on one is willing to take responsibility and get an answer. Two times I have received email messages back from Customer Service with a case # and the message that someone will contact me within 2-4 business hours. Both times NO ONE has gotten back to me.

over priced by 50% ( theft) very bad customer servive... look else where .. dnt waste your time.

Really blessed to have found this company 5 star plus plus plus.   We were stuck with a real mess after scheduling 5 weeks in advance with Direct Connect Auto .  They never showed up or called - we had to track them down.   By Comparison Dependably Auto Shippers was as their name implies.   This company was so professional.  We got a call scheduling pick up and delivery of our car cross country within hours.    Eleana (sp) was extremely helpful and we appreciate their  help with a very stressful situation.    We also want to thank LIfetime Moving and Storage for recommending them.   It makes such a difference dealing with an honest, dependable company.
