I was recommended to Dependable Auto by a local specialty automotive business owner as I needed ball joints replaced.  I found my entire experience with Dependable to be enjoyable.  I received prompt and friendly service and was able to make an appointment at that fit my schedule and convenience.  The work was completed in a very timely manner and the prices I was quoted was what I paid.  I will always take my vehicle's to Dependable and will recommend them to friends and acquaintances.

Towed me in at 0530 got my car fixed for a reasonable price staff friendly

Simple fix and I knew it. Within 15 min someone, owner I think, arrogantly tells me my car is shot and $2,000 to repair or I could sell it to him for $300 and cut my losses. I told him absolutely not, that I know what's wrong and could fix it myself but didn't have the time. 
Simple $150 part and less than 5 min of labor if I had them do it instead of doing it myself.

I get a call back later telling me "Yeah, your right but it's gonna be $200 to tear into it to see what's going on."

Again, I tell them I know what's wrong. I tell them not to touch it further. I pay for a non existent diagnostic test and be done with it. Somehow they accidentally give me someone elses receipt and work order along with mine. Every single piece of the guy's personal information is on the work order/receipt...
Full name, address, duel phone numbers, vin # , license plate #, and notations on work order from when poor schmuck had car towed in for simple tire replacement. They joked about taking him for wheel bearings etc on work order due to type of car (more expensive) and he'll never know. Obviously they took him for someone who knew nothing about cars. 

Guy's receipt came to nearly $700 when it was towed in for a simple flat. Worse.... His card number was written on the work order/receipt.

I forwarded the information to the gentleman who has, according to him, sent all the evidence to the Attorney General's Office. 

Beware of Josh and his crew. They're criminal's. If you think they're great it's only because you know nothing about cars and my guess is that they willingly take care of you quickly and easily because they charge you an arm and a leg and you fork out the money willingly and thank them for raping you.

All the years Ralph worked to do people right Josh has destroyed because he got in over his head when he bought the place where he's now located. 

Theres multiple stories of the same situations by your shop with you as the guide and from my understanding a full blown investigation at the highest level by those with unlimited resources and it's only a matter of time before you answer to authorities. The building you bough and your business redides in must be cursed because what went down for it to be sold off years prior is soon to be history repeating itself due to your same criminal behavior, Josh. 

Many of us will be happy to see you answer for what you and those whom work for you do to trusting and unsuspecting people. Sadly, Ralph put his time and faith into you and this is how you repay him. Shameful.

Many people patiently wait to see your name in print regarding your crimes.
