Nice that it's open on Sunday, but definitely not worth the price. Pants cost $12 for dry cleaning and pressing. Might as well wear them dirty four times then buy a new pair. For two vests and two pairs a pants was nearly $50. Nice way of putting me in a bad mood. Thanks, dependable. Needless to say, I'll take my weekly business elsewhere. I can't afford this, or any Dependable Cleaners.

Mr. Steven Toltz---thank you for your reply, actually, the girl checked to make sure that the manager had my phone number, and they did. The manager was supposed to call me. This happened last Sunday, on September 10th. I am a special education teacher and had my phone on all week (on vibrate) and he/she never called. As for the quality, my clothes are still there so I haven't even seen them. I can't comment on that. I am planning to pick them up today or Tuesday and will show your response to the clerk. Thank you.

This is the absolute worst cleaners EVER! They lie, they cheat, do not call when asked to have a manager return your call. I am also reporting them to the BBB. I brought clothes there in July--2 of my winter coats, 2 of my daughter's coats. I also had 2 pairs of pants and a tank top that was silk and needed dry cleaning. The bill came to $167!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Out-frickin- rageous! They had quoted different prices when I dropped them off. Get this--I found a pair of black pants at Dillards on sale for $22. I asked to have the new pants, with tags, hemmed an inch. The total bill for them was $30!!!! They charged $17.00 to hem, and gave me some lame excuse about a "law" that stated pants had to be cleaned if they were working on them! Not so when brand new. Then they charged $13 for cleaning!!! I don't even want the damn pants now they can keep them! This is the worst, most offensive, lying, stealing bunch of crooks I have ever seen! I have spoken to an attorney, so BEWARE and don't bring your clothes to the Greenwood Village Dependable Cleaners---they are UNDEPENDABLE when it comes to the truth and fair prices. By the way, another strategy to rip you off--no prices are posted anywhere. They tell you one price when you go, and charge another when you pick up. Real JERKS at this place. And I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!

Assistant manager took care of me, incredible and quick service. Will be returning for all of my dry cleaning needs

The tailor at this location can work miracles. He took an old double breasted suit coat and turned it into a Prince Charlie. It will be done soon and pictures will be forthcoming.
