"Not open to public",only offer pick up and delivery services. Couldn't find any information stating there is no drop off or pick ups until after I had already arrived at this location. Only a paper sign on the door with a QR code. No complaints about the actual service because I wasn't able to use this company, just wanted others to know not to try and visit in person.

THEY LOST 5 OF MY TIES! I have been a customer for a while, but I will never use this dry cleaner again. Using the home delivery option I sent 5 ties in to get cleaned. The ties were picked up on a Monday, but on Thursday when they should have been delivered I instead got an empty bag! I called and it turns out they sent my ties to another customer! The manager Karen told me they were going to track down my ties. Even if I do get them back, I will never trust them with my clothes again. If you have any important clothes or items you are not willing to loose don't trust Colorado Cleaners.

Used colorado cleaners several times when I lived in the area. Really seemed like they had all their ducks in order - never had an issue.
