We are very grateful to have received such amazing advice and service at such a difficult time with my father. The wheelchair specialist and the technician visited us twice at the Hospital and twice at our house until everything was perfect. My father has a very complicated electric wheelchair that can do so much for him. He is so comfortable now and can go outside again. Thank you!

I ordered a new chair for a family member and was guaranteed delivery on a certain day. The equipment arrived 3 days late and was obviously used as it had what appeared to be food or feces under the seat cushion as well as the frame. I declined to sign for delivery and told them to bring me what I had payed for. I was told by the rude delivery driver "this is what you ordered, so this is what you get! Delivery or not we are going to charge you" I immediately cancelled the charge and purchased a new chair from a competitor that same day. Stay away from this company!!

CLOSED DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS. We arrived at 4:40pm Friday after work to rent a wheelchair, but the door was locked and all the lights were off. Their sign says open until 5pm. On top of that, their vans were parked in the closest reserve spots to the door, so my fiancé had to walk further with her cane. Miller's Rent-All is just a few minutes away and is a much better option.

Not happy with place. Poor quality equipment, male staff provided poor, contradictory, and very inaccurate information. Ended up trying to, with various other purchases all covered by insurance, rent us a wheelchair. Could not explain rational for trying to rent us chair when was clearly covered and did not explain and mom discovered by combing through fine print of bill. We repeatedly asked how/why this "mistake" occurred and the gentlemen did not offer one cogent statement. This "mistake" and or dishonest processing would have cost us most likely $500 in co-pays. Finally, this equipment purchased 'new' was actually used with poorly functioning foot-rests. Again in this instance the tall male gentlemen provided unreliable information: first he said that wheelchair did not adjust upwards (likely he did not want to be forced to make the adjustment) ... mistakes aligning with interest again... then he said 'they were all the same height' when the wheelchair next two it was approximately two inches higher (rated by insurance for a different weight) and being a CNA (which he was told) I know this was a ridiculous statement. After pointing out to him that the chairs were not the same height he actually claimed they were, I don't know what to say in regard to this last mistake, other than the general process was absurd and the equipment was very poor relative quality. Finally, the first review is probably fake, as they have two wheelchairs currently in stock, and since we confirmed they both have different insurance coding by weight, they had no "options", least 'many'.

I received an unmarked mailing from them soliciting Information to allow them to send medical supplies To me with billing going to Medicare and Tricare without a Dr's prescription or authorization. I do not Accept Medical assistance from anyone who hides Their identity in advertising.
