Very disappointing experience with fine jewelry; my ring was returned from repair thinner with white spots and staff wasn't able to explain what caused it or how to fix it. I have used JCP for jewelry for over 5 years now and each year I curse myself and finally decided, they no longer deserve the benefit of doubt and enough is enough. Their vendor does an awful job with a poor reflection on the store. I will never buy a piece of fine jewelry there again. Most staff are foreigners with limited English too and miscommunication causes big problems not to mention the customer service is far better at McDonalds.

Every single time I come here its a 20 minute wait for help. I have to come here often because the jewelry that I bought from here, thank goodness I paid extra for the life time warranty, is absolutely crap. I paid over 4000.00 for mine and my husband wedding bands and they constantly are losing diamonds. What a waste. If I didn't hold sentimental value on our wedding bands I would have gotten rid of them and went somewhere else. Their jewelry is not worth it and their customer service is worse.

Nearly impossible to find anywhere to checkout. Also can get very messy, particularly when things are on sale, which is just about always.

THIS STORE HAS THE WORST PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I called to ask if they have a size of nike elite socks and was literally on hold for 30 minutes and then then the lady said she couldn`t help me and hung up.

The JCPenney store in Lynnwood is not "handicap-friendly." The elevator is located far back in the store away from the parking ramp. I had to ask for help two times to locate it. When asking for directions to the elevator and back to the parking ramp, two employees gave me incorrect instructions, but the other two both walked me to the elevator, and to the parking ramp. I was sorry to see that the elevator in the parking ramp was "out of service." That was very inconvenient. The salesperson in the kitchen appliance section was very helpful in every way.
