I had to actually walk out of an appointment here. The service and staff was surly and slow, and the billing practices are crazy. You must ask permission from your doctor to have any leeway in billing, otherwise you are stuck (unknowingly) paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket. The staff was very unclear on this. They have you sign a bunch of papers without giving time to read them. Shame on me for feeling pressured in this. After my second visit where I had minor surgery, I was sent off in a great deal of pain with vague instructions. When I returned two days later for a second removal, I was ready for billing ordeal by very clearly making certain that I could be billed later for this second procedure in the previous appointment. They sent in a different doctor, so I asked (after having waited over an hour in the waiting room) whether I needed to clear the same billing permission with him. 30 minutes later, they finally returned to tell me that I would have to pay another $400 out of pocket within 3 weeks- plus whatever was charged for removal of stitches etc. After being there over two hours, I decided to find another clinic altogether.

Closing time states 5:00PM. I called at 4:30 to schedule an appointment, and they had already forwarded their calls to their answering service. If this is an example of their overall service, I'm glad I didn't get to actually schedule anything.

Front Desk staff seemed very unorganized. I explained when i got there that i had never been there before and was instructed to sign in.. They did not ask anything from me.. I sat there for roughly 15 min. before they came to the realization that they needed me to fill out paperwork. The wait was not too bad especially for being walk ins. The doctor came to see me shortly after that. I was there because I have 2 Pilar Cysts on my scalp. He told me that the nurse would be in shortly to discuss some quotes. Once she did all she told us was that it would be $670 for each.. My goodness.. I go in because I have these visible insecurities and they want to take advantage of that.. I can only imagine the amount they charge for other things. Most definitely getting another opinion.

i got a mole removal today and it was a not a nice experience. The only good thing is that i was seen fast but the procedure and the checkup was all done under 10 minutes. the doctor didn't even try to inform me of any aftercare or what i should do to prevent scarring. She didn't even try her best to give me the best care that i needed. It was all such a waste of money that i should have spent somewhere else.

I would not give this office any star. I have seen two different doctors they don't CARE. The first doctor came in the room looked at affected aria marked couple of arias ordered two expensive tests and walked out of the room. Next time I requested for a different doctor, same thing asked me to show the aria, from far away marked one aria. Said would order some meds. and walked out of the room. No one discussed what is going on with me no plan of care, no plan of treatment, what to expect. Nothing was discussed with me. Most of the skin disorders are autoimmune disease and there is no cure for it mostly palliative care. A person can get more information from WebMD then going to the doctors. Sorry to say but $60.00 a visit for three minutes each, for that kind of money you would a better service in a HH.
